Senior Backend Developer & AI Developer at Ruyat Corp. (Sep 2025 – Present, Iraq). Work spans six production systems: IoT Cabinet Monitoring Platform, Messaging Platform — Backend, AI Customer Support Assistant (Project Lead), Network Traffic Analytics Platform, Fraud & Risk Analytics System, and Compliance & Interception System.
Built a monitoring system for a large network of field cabinets, helping technicians maximize maintenance efficiency and manage emergency situations.
Contributed to the backend of an established, high-traffic consumer messaging application.
Project lead on a multilingual AI customer support chatbot for a telecom platform — integration, retrieval, serving setup, and product features around existing language models.
Built a VoIP traffic analytics module for real-time SIP, RTP, RTCP, and SRTP protocol analysis, categorizing traffic by Autonomous System, application, and content category.
Designed and built an end-to-end ML pipeline using XGBoost to classify and predict suspicious financial transactions across digital wallet products.
Built and extended a Go-based service compliant with international lawful-interception (ETSI) standards to ingest and decode standardized transport protocol data via industry-standard ASN.1 decoding libraries.
